Had a pleasant stay for 45 minutes past check in time, everything was good. Liked the buffet breakfast, especially fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, pastries, milk and hot waffles.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel and clean, light breakfasts, phenomenal location close to the pier. Whatever my needs were the lively staff was always available to fulfill them. Its double room had rustic furniture. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the balcony had glorious views. I enjoyed my restful stay here.

The hotel was neat and pretty standard, enjoyed the big beds. The location was TOP, right by Port and cruise terminal and the pier. Attractively furnished unit. In the morning I had superb eggs, fruit, bacon, hot waffles and cheese.
Wi-Fi was very poor, not so great views.

The staff were professional, the room was pet-friendly, the location was cute. Employees recommended me places to go. Fantastic view of garden. I appreciated having bacon, sausages, eggs, toast and hot waffles as a choice for the continental breakfast.

Very calm location, staff were very very nice! The bkfast staff went above and beyond their duties. The hotel itself was in a sketchy area. The breakfast I booked was free ; also there was Sandwich Saloon in the vicinity.

the bed was super comfy, so we had a brilliant stay. the food was good, we liked yoghourt and bacon for breakfast. we got a king room which was very adequate. staff was loyal, everything was cool.

Perfect position, really beautiful views. Shuttle service was provided here too. We couldn't complain about using free Wi-Fi in the business centre. 25 km from Long Beach airport.
